Refund Policy

• If cancellation is made within two weeks prior to class starting, a 20% cancellation fee applies. 

• If cancellation is made after classes have started, a 50% cancellation fee applies. 

• If cancellation is made after student has completed more than half of the program, the cancellation fee will be based on the proportion of course completion.

Acceptance of Terms Through Use

To ensure positive and desired learning outcomes, students are required to follow a set of guidelines. Students who do not follow these guidelines will be asked to leave the program without eligibility for refund.

1. Students should attend all classes and actively participate in group discussions and activities.

2. Follow all instructions given by the Course Leader and Teaching Assistant. 

3. Be polite and well-behaved during class.

4. Do not use mobile phones during class hours.

5. Do not leave the class without permission.

6. Do not access or display any improper websites or information.

7. Strictly no bullying, threats, or hostile behaviour. 

8. Participation and classwork will be evaluated to determine graduation status.
