Shipping & Returns
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an e-mail confirming delivery.
All shipments require a signature when delivered
For all orders over $1,000AUD (Ex GST) shipping is free of charge to all areas.
For order of less than $1,000AUD (Ex GST) a $12.00 delivery fee (Inc GST) will be applied for all capital cities, metro and regional delivery areas.
For metro areas your shipment should arrive in 1-2 business days.
For regional areas your shipment should arrive in 2-5 business days.
If you purchased a product from the Online Actura Store and wish to return it, then you will be required to complete the following steps;
Send an e-mail with the subject “Application for Returns or Replacement” to firstname.lastname@example.org. The e-mail should include the following information;
Reason for wanting to return or replace
Within 2 working days of sending the e-mail an Actura account representative will respond with a proposal based on the information provided.
Should the product need to be returned, the customer will package the item securely and send to our returns outlet designated by the account representative.
After the confirming the product complies with our warranty policy, Actura will refund within three working days.
All expenses in sending the product to Actura will be the responsibility of the customer.
